What is the fair trading act??

The fair trading act 1986 protects you against being misled or treated unfairly by traders or shops. The Act prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct, unsubstantiated claims, false representations, and certain unfair practices.
The Act applies to everyone in the trade. As well as traders and shops, The Act covers government agencies and state-owned enterprises. Most of the Acts does not cover private sales.

What is the commerce commission's goal??

The Commerce Commission's is a New Zealand Government agency charged with enforcing legislation that promotes competitions in the country's markets and prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct by traders.
We are an independent Crown entity responsible for enforcing laws relating to competition, fair trading, and consumer credit contracts. We also have regulatory responsibilities in the electricity lines, gas pipelines, telecommunications, dairy, and airport sectors.

Who besides the commission is responsible for the act and can take their own legal action??
There are two main New Zealand laws that specifically promote and protect human rights. One is the Human Rights Act 1993, and the other is the Bill of Rights Act 1990. The Commission makes submissions on other legislation that may affect New Zealanders’ human rights.

Who are the two types of groups the act applies to??
Definition: The Group refers to two or more persons who share a common interest and come together to achieve common goals and objectives. Primary and Secondary Groups: The primary group refers to the small social group whose members are closely related to each other and share an enduring relationship.

Understand The Importance Of Setting A Film

What is the importance of setting a film??
The setting is the time and place where a scene occurs. It can help set the mood, influence the way characters behave, affects the dialog, foreshadow events, invoke an emotional response, reflect the society in which the characters live, and sometimes plays a part in the story.

Why is the setting important??
The setting is the context in which a story or scene occurs and includes the time, place and social environment. It is important to establish a setting in your story so your readers can visualize and experience it.

What is a film setting??

The context and environment in which situation is set the background. The time, place, and circumstances in which a narrative, drama, or films takes place.

How does the setting affect the story??

To review, the setting in literature is the place, the time, and the social situation in which a story takes place. The setting influences the plot, which includes the story's event.

The setting is just one area of the visual systems that affect the creation and reception of a film. As a single element such as characters, props etc. Thus (as a result or consequence)

it is important that filmmakers understand the importance of setting in production.

What was life like for people then??

It was normally ok they lived like they were but the king we attacking them and ruin there living things.

In what location was the movie filmed??
Dragonheart 1996 Rob Cohen's period fantasy adventure about the last (apparently Scottish)  dragon is set in 10th century England but was filmed around Slovakia in central Europe, east of the country in the beautiful landscapes of the Slovak Paradise National Forest.
