Medical Science - Too Confusion

We've been doing Medical Science for 5 or 6 weeks we had to publish something on our blog about Medical Science Research so I've decided to research about Horseshoe Crab Which looks something like this if you click⇒⇒ Here...⇐⇐

Why do Horseshoe have blue blood??
Horseshoe crab’s use hemocyanin (Transporting) too carries oxygen through their blood. It causes⇒ copper ⇐present in hemocyanin, their blood is blue.
Unlikely horseshoe crabs do not have hemoglobin (protein in red blood cells) in their blood.
Their blood contains Amebocytes which play a similar role to white blood cells of vertebrates in defending the organism against pathogens (Virus, Bacteria).

What is blue blood used for??
Horseshoe (crab) blue blood contains a chemical called Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL), which makes it thick or thicker when it comes in contract with toxins produced by bacteria that can cause life-threatening in humans.

Why do we harvest horseshoe crab blood??
Blue color from the copper used to carry oxygen around the crab's body.
Horseshoe blood reacts to the presence of bacterial endotoxins.

How much does Horseshoe crab blood cost??
On the world market, a quart (1.13 litres and in the US to approximately 0.94 litre) of horseshoe crab blood has a price tag of an estimated $15,000, overall revenues from LAL industry estimated at the U.S. $50 million per year.

How long can a Horseshoe crab go without eating??
Horseshoe crab can almost survive about 4 days out of the water, and how?? Well only if their gills are kept moist.

Horseshoe crab breeding

Horseshoe crab migrates to shallow coastal waters, a male selects a female to clings to her back. Male surround female and all fertilize together, the female digs the hole in the sand and lays her egg while males fertilize them. Female can lay between 60,000 and 120,000 eggs in batches of a few thousand at a times. It takes the egg about 2 weeks to hatch but shorebirds eat many of them before they hatch.

What am I learning?? I'm learning about Medical Science and facts about Horseshoe Carb.

How does this work show my learning?? It shows by the information I gave about Horseshoe Crab which contains Blue Blood.

What am I wondering?? I'm wondering why only horseshoe crab has blue blood and other crabs have red blood.

Harriet Tubman

In Social Studies We've been doing stuff about slavery, kidnapping, and thing like that our class was supposed to create a slide about Harriet Tubman, she was an American abolitionist and political activists. She was born into slavery. Unfortunately, I forgot to publish my slide it's been a lot of weeks so I'm sorry But Hey I'm going to publish on Wednesday, 10th April which is not good at all...

As you can see I have not added more slides or did more research on this topic because there were only a few questions.

 What am I learning??
I'm learning about slavery happens in a different country and what causes slavery.

How does this work show my learning??
Well, I have not tried to do this, to be honest, but then I had to you can go through slides and see what I have done.

What am I wondering??
I'm wondering how cruel is for children working and being in slavery.
